Suggested instructions to plan your visit

We recommend that you first seek information at your local Parish. Many local Parishes throughout the Chicago land area organize pilgrimages and trips to the Shrine, where everyone travels together as a Parish. If your local Parish is not organizing a pilgrimage, you can get together with friends and family and make the pilgrimage together. To make your voyage more enjoyable, we ask that large pilgrimage groups register beforehand so that we can attend to your needs. Regardless if you come walking, running, cycling, or driving, Our Lady of Guadalupe will welcome you with a warm hug!

When can I visit Our Lady of Guadalupe?

You may visit us at any time! The outdoor Plaza is always open 24/7 to everyone who seeks to visit our Blessed Mother. Specific amenities like the Tilma Gift Shop and the Main Office are not always available 24/7.

Is there a price or visiting fee?

No, there is never a cost to visit. However, if you wish to park on the grounds of the Shrine, we ask for a small donation of $15.00 per vehicle.

Where can we park?

Due to limited parking on the grounds of the Shrine, the Shrine of our Lady of Guadalupe is pleased to offer off-site parking lots. These off site parking lots are free and open to anyone.
